Big South Fork is such a magnificent place that I keep going back to explore different sections of it. And every time I check out a new section someone tells me of a section that I’ve never seen before and now end up wanting to see since they told me about it. I usually spend a lot of time looking at BSF maps to see if a loop is doable in one of these areas or if a shuttle is going to be necessary. I also read try to read up on the area by surfing the internet or referring to a book I have on the BSF that is very knowledgeable. Below I’m going to start keeping a list on the various areas in the BSF that I visit and the links to the posts in my blog. I think this might help me to decide in the future which new areas I may want to try next because trying to remember all of the trips is pretty difficult and they start running together.
